Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges may be done within 3 days from purchase date except for products that have been internationally shipped to a customer. Refunds are in the form of store credit (not in cash form) and can be used in our store and online.

All returned items must be in unworn condition with original tag still attached. We have the right to not accept the return if we find the product to be unfit for refund upon inspection. The Find will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication. 

Swimwear, undergarment, beauty products, sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise are FINAL SALE and not valid for exchange and/or refunds. The Find does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. 

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (if shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipment details, as well as oversee the orders are packaged and delivered intact, unworn, and in original purchased condition (with tags still attached).
