What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Your purchase is exclusive of shipping cost. Domestic Shipping starts at IDR 36,000 with J&T (3-5 business days) and International Shipping starts at IDR 600,000 with EMS (2-3 weeks) to Australia and Singapore. If you live outside of Indonesia, Australia and Singapore, please contact us at info@thefindbali.com or WhatsApp us at +62 822-1999-5191 for shipping quotations.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer (for customer based in Indonesia).

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. Currently, we only ship to Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia. If you are based other than the countries mentioned, please reach out to us at info@thefindbali.com or via WhatsApp at +62 822-1999-5191 and we'll gladly assist you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 48 hours. All orders placed after 6pm will be processed the next day. Orders placed during the week are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders after 3PM (Bali time) on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Domestic shipping takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive, while international shipping can take around 2 to 3 weeks.

Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?

Any taxes, duties, fees or customs delays incurred on arrival of an International order will be the responsibility of the customer. Duties, taxes and fees are NOT included in the pricing of our product or in shipping fees quoted. Please check with your local customs authorities to declare imported goods.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will send your tracking number via e-mail.

What if I need to refund or change my order?

We do NOT issue refunds. However, store credits and size exchanges are available. Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched. Store credit is given if the items arrive in good condition — unworn with tags still attached. Each item will have to pass our garment inspection. We will then process the credit in 1x24 hours and notify the customer via email. The customer will have to organise the delivery to our store and back

What is the exchange policy?

If your item isn’t the perfect fit, we offer size exchanges. For hygiene reasons, lingeries are strictly not exchangeable.
