We do NOT issue refunds. However, store credits and size exchanges are available.
Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.
Store credit is given if the items arrive in good condition — unworn with tags still attached. Each item will have to pass our garment inspection. We will then process the credit in 1x24 hours and notify the customer via email.
The customer will have to organise the delivery to our store and back
